To achieve this the highly trained facilitators from a broad range of backgrounds take them through deep guided hypnotic meditations, breath work, workshops designed to help the forgiveness and letting go processes, conscious movement, and yoga. The down to earth approach helps de-clutter the mind, allowing space for heart felt connections with family and friends, and release fear around creating what they want out of life.
Meals are prepared using locally grown organic produce. Gluten intolerant and vegetarian options available.
