Upstairs-Open plan kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bar fridge, dining, living area with TV, Bluray DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan. Balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor setting. Main bedroom with ceiling fan, TV and ensuite, entrance from bedroom and living area.
Downstairs-Living area with TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan. Bathroom with full size bath, 3 bedrooms, 2 with ceiling fans, 1 with pedestal fan-wall mounted, laundry with top loading washing machine, no dryer but clothes airer and clothes line available. Iron with table top ironing board.
Outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, fully fenced, room for boat and cars.
